What is your policy on refunds?

All of our Web Hosting and Reseller Hosting plans carry a 30 day, no questions asked money back guarantee.

If you don't feel satisfied with the services we provide within the initial 30 days of your service, you can request a full refund of the initial payment.
For Reseller Hosting, this is on the condition that any included licensing (such as WHMCS) has not been claimed. Once this is claimed, you void your right to the money back guarantee. The money back guarantee does not cover Virtual Private Servers, Dedicated Servers, one-time fees, administrative fees, nor domain name purchases.

Any domain that was registered for free is valued at $14.95, and will not be refunded.
