Why was my order marked as Fraud?

During the signup process, we have several automated systems that screen orders for any signs of potential fraud. Whilst we can not reveal how these mechanisms work, we also manually review every order that was placed.
Fraud is something we take very seriously. These rigorous checks are done to protect our clients, and the integrity of our services.

If you have placed a legitimate order that you feel was inaccurately marked fraudulent, please open a ticket to our Sales department. Note that we may request to do additional verification via phone.
